Cozy nights in the mountains

Sipping cocoa by the fireplace after a long day of skiing was pure bliss. The staff felt like family, ensuring every guest felt welcomed.

However, the room cleanliness was lacking. I found stray hair and dust in corners that should have been addressed. It dampened the otherwise cheerful atmosphere.

The staff provided a warm welcome, and the king room I stayed in was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, even when I arrived near the end of service hours.

Soundproofing was a major issue. noise from adjacent rooms disturbed my peace, leading to a restless night. My requests for assistance were met with unhelpful responses, which was disappointing.

The hot chocolate in the lobby was a cozy treat after a long day outside. The heaters were super effective.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, just minutes from the ski lifts and some fantastic restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast had nice options, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Don't miss out on the hot tub. it’s a perfect end after a day on the slopes.

The only downside was that the bathroom was pretty small, making it awkward during peak times with a group. It would be better with additional mirrors outside the bathroom for convenience.

Enjoyed a good stay in Winter Park! The cozy hot tub experience after skiing proved refreshing. Although navigating to the hot tub required a quick walk outside, the charming atmosphere and friendly staff made the trip nice.

Just a heads up, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our bags a bit of a workout, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all. I'd highly recommend checking out the hot breakfast options, especially the waffles! 😊
